1 small fennel bulb, thinly sliced
6 small radishes, thinly sliced
½ small onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons drained capers
¼ cup dill, chopped
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
