4 large ripe bananas, mashed
½ cup cocoquench (or other nut milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup coconut oil, melted
1 cup dark chocolate buttons
2 ½ cups spelt flour
3 tablespoons coconut sugar
½ cup hazelnut meal
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
Preheat your oven to 175*C.
In one bowl, combine all the wet ingredients, whisking to get some air into the eggs. Add in the chocolate buttons.
In another bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
Add the dry to the wet and stir gently to combine with a spatula.
Pour the whole thing into a lined loaf tin and bake until a skewer comes out clean, about 45ish minutes.
