Goji + Acai Bliss Balls


Makes 20

2 cups almonds
2 cups oats
3 cups dates, soaked
3 tablespoons acai
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
¼ cup coconut oil
Pinch salt
1 cup goji berries

In a food processor, blitz the almonds, oats, acai and salt. Add in the dates, coconut oil, vanilla and goji berries and blend until combined. Roll into evenly sized balls and store in the fridge or freezer.
