Raw Jam Drops

Jam drops remind me of primary school bake sales. I’ve never gone and bought a packet, to be honest, they’re not really my kind of bickie. Strangely (not really for me), I was day dreaming about coffee and cake, and jam drops came to mind…Not sure why, but they did, and from that moment, an idea came to light…

Recreate the classics!

Take the treats that have a place in your heart and give them a place in your diet. Raw, vegan, dairy, gluten and refined sugar free, these jam drops still evoke memories of innocent youth, but with the conscious care of knowing what your body prefers.

Have your coffee and cake, and eat it too!

Cookie Dough:
1 cup dates
1 cup almonds
1 cup oat bran
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Jam:
Strawberry Chia Jam

For the dough, blitz all the ingredients together in a food processor. Once combined, roll into 12 evenly sized balls and position on a lined baking tray. Press each ball down, poking a well in the middle for the jam to sit in. Fill each well with about a teaspoon of jam and move to the freezer to set.

Store in the fridge.
